Question 1

How do I post a free listing on Dealyly?

Accepted Answer

Sign up for free, click 'Post an ad', add photos and a description, pick your wilaya, and publish. Posting is free for individuals; optional paid extras exist if you want more: boosts to promote a listing, and Pro subscriptions for businesses.

Question 2

How do I contact a seller without sharing my phone number?

Accepted Answer

All conversations go through our built-in messaging. The seller never sees your phone number unless you share it yourself.

Question 3

Who can see my phone number?

Accepted Answer

When you buy, you contact sellers through the built-in messaging and they do not see your number. When you sell and your account has a phone number, it is shown on your listings, with buttons to call you or message you on WhatsApp, so buyers can reach you directly. Anyone who views your listing can see it, even without an account.

Question 4

How can I tell if a seller is verified?

Accepted Answer

Verified sellers show a blue badge on their profile. Business accounts get a 'verified business' badge once their official paperwork (commercial registry, fiscal ID) has been reviewed by our team.

Question 5

Is Dealyly free? Which options are paid?

Accepted Answer

Browsing listings and chatting with sellers is free, and posting is free for individuals within the Free plan's limits. Some services are paid, but always optional: boosts (to promote a listing), extra photo packs, and Pro subscriptions. Current prices are listed on the Pricing page.

Question 6

How does boosting a listing work?

Accepted Answer

A boost promotes an active listing for a limited time: it is shown ahead of non-boosted listings in search results and at the top of its category, and the fuller packs also feature it on the homepage. To boost a listing, go to 'My account' > 'My listings', click 'Boost' and pick a pack. Packs differ by duration and price, shown on the Pricing page. Payment is currently by bank transfer, checked by our team within 24 hours; the boost starts once the payment is confirmed. When the pack ends, the listing goes back to its normal position.

Question 7

What do Pro subscriptions include?

Accepted Answer

Subscriptions (Starter, Standard, Pro and Business, plus a custom plan on request) are for regular sellers and professionals. Compared with the Free plan they raise your publishing limits: more active listings, more listings per day and more photos per listing. They also include a shop with your logo, a verified badge, listing descriptions in 4 languages, response statistics, followers with notifications and a customer-reviews tab. Higher plans add a discount on Boost packs (Standard and above), priority support (Pro and above), and a dedicated account manager and on-site advertising placements (Business). On the Pricing page a subscription is taken for one year; you will find the exact limits, prices and the comparison table there. Payment is currently by bank transfer, checked by our team within 24 hours before the plan is activated.

Question 8

How do I pay for a boost or a Pro subscription?

Accepted Answer

Pick your Boost pack or subscription plan and confirm: the payment page shows the bank details and a reference specific to your cart. Make the bank transfer with that reference in the transfer note so our team can match the payment to your cart. They check it within 24 hours, then the boost or subscription activates automatically. The cart expires after 72 hours, so make the transfer promptly, and if you leave the page, resume the payment from 'My account' > 'My carts'.

Question 9

How can I advertise on Dealyly?

Accepted Answer

Dealyly offers advertising space, including on the homepage and the category pages. To showcase your brand or business there, write to us through the contact form and choose the category 'Advertising on Dealyly': our team will reply. Advertising placements are also included in the Business plan.

Question 10

Which wilayas does Dealyly cover?

Accepted Answer

All 69 wilayas of Algeria. You can filter by wilaya and even by commune in the search.

Question 11

Can I buy or sell from abroad?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can sign up, browse listings, message sellers and post from abroad, but every listing must be for an item located in Algeria, in one of the 69 wilayas. Dealyly does not ship items or hold payments: to buy from abroad, arrange for a family member or friend to pick the item up, ask the seller for a video call to see it, and never pay in advance.

Question 12

Can I post in Arabic, French, English, or Kabyle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Dealyly is available in all 4 languages. You can switch between them anytime via the language picker in the footer.

Question 13

How do I change the language?

Accepted Answer

On the website, use the language selector in the page header (FR, AR, EN, KAB); on a phone, tap the globe icon at the top of the page. A language selector is also at the bottom of the page, and your choice is remembered for your next visits. In the app, tap the globe icon on the home screen, or go to 'Account' > 'Language'.

Question 14

How can I stay safe and avoid scams?

Accepted Answer

Keep your conversations in Dealyly messaging: when you buy, your phone number stays private unless you share it. Be wary of prices that seem too good to be true and of sellers who rush you, don't send money in advance, and never share your password or a code you receive by SMS or email. See the item in person, in a busy public place, before paying, and look for the verified badge on sellers. If something looks suspicious, report the listing or the conversation (reason 'Scam or fraud'); you can also block the user from the conversation.

Question 15

How do I report a fraudulent or abusive listing?

Accepted Answer

On every listing page, tap 'Report'. Our moderation team reviews reports as soon as possible.

Question 16

How do I edit or delete my listing?

Accepted Answer

Go to 'My account' > 'My listings'. You can edit, boost, or delete each listing at any time.

Question 17

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

In the app: Account > Security > Delete my account. On the website: 'My account' > 'Settings', then 'Delete my account' at the bottom of the page. Choose 30 days to change your mind or deletion right away, then confirm: with your password, or with Apple or Google if that is how you sign in (plus your 6-digit code if two-factor authentication is on). You can also email a deletion request from your account's registered email address to support@dealyly.com. With the delay, your account is deactivated immediately and your listings are no longer visible; you have 30 days to restore it using the link in the confirmation email, after which your data is permanently deleted. With deletion right away, everything is erased at once and nothing can be restored. Invoices and payment records are kept for 5 years, as the law requires, without your profile.
