Welcome to Dealyly. These Terms & Conditions (hereafter "Terms") govern the use of the Dealyly classifieds platform, accessible at dealyly.com and through the iOS and Android mobile applications. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or posting a listing, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Definitions

Platform: the dealyly.com website and mobile applications published by EURL WECO SMART ("Dealyly" being the brand; in these Terms, "Dealyly" refers to EURL WECO SMART).
User: any natural or legal person accessing the Platform.
Listing: any post created by a User to sell, rent, or exchange a good or service.
Content: text, images, video, or any other element published by a User.

These Terms are entered into between the User and EURL WECO SMART, publisher of the Platform, with its registered office at Cité Saidi, Route de Lido, N°15, Bordj El Kiffan, Algiers, Algeria; trade register (RC): 16/00-1053548B25; tax ID (NIF): 002516105354889. See our legal notice.

2. Registration and user account

Registration is free. You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, phone number, and wilaya. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your password and all activities performed from your account.

Dealyly reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of false identity, impersonation, or violation of these Terms.

3. Listing publication

Listings must accurately describe the good or service offered, state a real price, and contain only authentic photos of the product. Listings must be posted in the appropriate category and may not be duplicated.

The following are prohibited:

  • Counterfeit or replica branded goods, and stolen goods
  • Weapons (including firearms), ammunition, and explosives
  • Illegal substances, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes (vape), and shisha
  • Prescription medications and medical devices
  • Protected species of animals and plants
  • Pornographic, violent, or defamatory content
  • Sexual or pyramid services
  • Any good or service contrary to Algerian law

4. User conduct

You agree to use the Platform with respect for other users. Harassment, insults, fraud, identity theft, spam, and unauthorized data collection are prohibited. All communication between buyers and sellers must go through Dealyly's integrated messaging system to protect users from scams.

5. Transactions between users

Dealyly is a connection service. Transactions take place directly between buyer and seller, without Dealyly's intervention. We recommend that users physically inspect goods before any payment, prefer meetings in public places, and never share banking information by message.

6. Paid services and listing boosts

Some features, such as listing boosts, are paid. Payments are processed by approved providers and subject to their own terms. No refund is owed once the service is activated, except in case of technical failure attributable to Dealyly.

7. Intellectual property

All elements of the Platform (logo, design, code, database) are the exclusive property of EURL WECO SMART. By publishing Content, you grant EURL WECO SMART a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.

8. Moderation and sanctions

Dealyly reserves the right, without notice, to:

  • Refuse, modify, or remove any non-compliant listing
  • Suspend or permanently terminate any account
  • Cooperate with competent authorities upon legal request

Users may report any disputed content via the "Report" button on each listing.

Dealyly has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can report a content item or a conversation, and block a user, from the Platform. Reported content is reviewed and removed when it breaks these Terms, and offending accounts are banned.

9. Limitation of liability

Dealyly acts as a technical intermediary and cannot be held liable for the truthfulness of listings, the quality or legality of goods, or disputes between users. The Platform is provided "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

10. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in compliance with Algerian law 18-07 of June 10, 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.

12. Changes to terms

Dealyly reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
